Finca Chica manages this website and the information guests voluntarily share when requesting availability, booking a stay or asking for an invoice.
Information we use
We may receive your name, email, telephone number, stay dates, booking details and the fiscal information required to issue an electronic invoice or receipt.
How we use it
We use it only to answer enquiries, manage stays, assist guests, prepare fiscal documents and meet legal obligations. Finca Chica does not sell personal information.
Bookings and payments
Availability, final pricing and confirmation are processed in Cloudbeds’ secure booking engine. This public website does not store card numbers. Cloudbeds’ terms and privacy policy also apply when you continue to its service.
Optional website analytics
If you grant permission in the privacy notice, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and general actions such as opening the booking engine or starting a WhatsApp enquiry. Analytics remain disabled when you choose “Not now”. Meta may process technical data under its own privacy policy.
Retention and security
Operational information is kept in private, access-restricted systems for as long as necessary to manage the booking, invoicing and legal requirements.
